A Big Weekend for Sports

Hey, did anyone hear about that game last night?

The SuperBowl wasn't the only thing that made the weekend notable. Saturday featured the much-anticipated UFC debut of former NCAA and WWE champion Brock Lesnar. Lesnar made his MMA debut in June with an impressive 2-minute win.

So back to the SuperBowl for a minute. Wow, what a final 2 minutes. Giants. Then Patriots. And with 35 seconds to go, Eli Manning throws what would become the game-winning touchdown to give it back to New York.

Uber fun game to watch. That kinda helps balance out my stomach turning upside down at the moment with all the crap I ate during the four quarters.

Oh, and Lesnar? All the hype and he tapped out to Frank Mir at 1:30 of Round 1. But with a strong performance (despite the shortness of the fight), he'll be back.

I'll leave you with one of my favorite commercials from last night's game.

Managing Editor Joy Scott can do the Thriller dance too. At least she claims.

If you see her out somewhere, ask her to do it.
