I believe the back to school time is prompting the free calls. Miley can encourage your kids to get ready for their event that day or just to get their school shopping done.

(I wonder if she encourages them where to shop? cough cough *Wal-Mart* cough cough)

The calls even work if you're not in middle school. I myself have received a call from Ms. Cyrus this week.

Give it a try. It's especially fun to type in your co-worker's phone numbers during an especially stressful day at work and have Miley call them. Great for morale!
