Trip to Cracker Barrel

Just got back last night from the North Carolina Press Association's 2007 Newspaper Academy in Chapel Hill. Going out of town for training is always fun: you get a road trip, take some fun classes on how to do your job in new ways, and - at least in this case - you get to see former coworkers and even friends from college.

There's also the obligatory trip to a sit-down restaurant since ... well, The Star is picking up the tab.

Here's our Interactive Editor, Joy Scott, a bit confused by the triangle game at Cracker Barrel. This was her first visit to one of my favorite road trip stops.
