"It doesn't bother me"

Jeremy Gibson, of Shelby, was at the pumps. He said he commutes from Shelby to Charlotte, where he works, and wasn't discouraged by the high gas prices.

"It doesn't bother me," Gibson said. "I've got to buy gas."

Eva White, an employee inside, said business was usual and possibly even up from the average Tuesday.
