Carter responds to Reaccreditation

"Every citizen in Shelby can look at their police department," Carter said. Carter said there is a 46-page report available online "that tells you everything you need to know about the police department. What we're doing well and what we're doing not so well. ... You see what we do good and you see what we do bad. We are a very open and accessible police department with our citizens."

Don Allen also praised the recent reaccreditation.
