The defense attorney argued that the pastor teaches Bible study at the church and wanted to make sure the ruling didn't interfere with that.
The judge agreed that he can continue to do that since it is not necessarily a pastoral duty. But he cannot discuss the lawsuit or the legal issues during the class or he will face the $500 fine.
